作品と販売 / My works, my shop

minneのお勉強動画を見て気づきました。

もちろん作品自体を魅力的にそしてきちんと作ることが大前提ですが、私は自分の言葉で作品の良さについて語ってきただろうか、ということを。

作品作りとminne （や他のネットショップ）で売ることには、全く別の技量が必要だということに気づかされる日々です。そして、作品作りと同じくらい、いえ、それ以上、お店の維持には時間が取られることも。

でもそれは当たり前のことですよね。対面販売とは違い、ネットでの販売は、写真と紹介文が頼り。きちんとしたサイト、きちんと自分の言葉で語ることのできる文章力、丁寧な対応、これら全てが揃って初めて回るのだと実感する日々です。

これからも自分磨き、続けていきたいと思います。



I realized an important thing looking at the minne study video.

Of course the quality of the work itself if the most important, but was I using my own words when talking about the good points of my works?

I am realizing that making the works and selling them at net shops are completely different tasks. And, taking care of my shop takes more time than sitting in front of my electric furnance.

But that should be true.  Instead of directly looking at the goods, the customers only have the photos and introduction at the net shops. Neat and correct site, ability to explain your works correctly in your own words, fast and neat correspondence, you need all to handle your shop.

I will continue to do my best.
